Q. Is COD available?

No, we do not provide Cash On Delivery service.

Q. Must i create an account in LeBelle18?

It is necessary to become a member of LeBelle18. Think of this another way where you get to be a part of an awesome fashion shop for awesome people only.Why? You stand to enjoy features which gives you control over your data that is stored with us to personalize and expedite your shopping experience. You can manage your personal preference by editing personal/billing information, modify shipping info and save shipping addresses for friends, family or alternate addresses. You can also view your order history, track current order and check the status of your orders as and when you like.

Not to forget, members will receive exclusive promotions & discounts and our point system is applicable for members only!

Q. Do you guys have a retail store?

Unfortunately, as much as we would like to have a retail store, LeBelle18 is strictly into online shopping only. But hey! that means you get to shop with us 24 hours a day from all over Malaysia. Best of all, we have a legendary courier service (PosLaju) that will reach to your doorstep no matter where you are!

Product Knowledge 

Q: Can I have cheaper price if i buy more?

No, we do not give you special discounts or discounts when u buy alot. But not to worry! We have special promotions from time to time! Be sure to signup for our newsletter or check out our website often to catch for such goodies.

Q: What are pre-order items?

LeBelle18 is a pre-ordering sanctuary. "Pre-order" option allows users to reserve items that the store does not have ready stock of.

In essence, pre-order items from us is an adhoc basis in which we will order from our suppliers directly, which, while not in our warehouse as of the time of order, are nonetheless already in the process of being sent to us. By pre-ordering items, you will be able to guarantee that you will be able to get that item even before the stock arrives in our inventory.

Do note that pre-order items are subjected to availability from our supplier's end at the time of order. In times when the manufacturer has ceased production for the product, or should the product be out of stock or unable to pass our Quality Control standards, you can opt to have the item exchanged or get a refund in the form of store credits you can use on your next purchase.

Payment Enquiries

Q: How do I make payment?

Once you have already confirm the items that you would like to purhcase, a menu will drop out stating the list of payment options through various banks. Do not forget to fill in the payment notification form once you have done to inform us.

Shipment Questionnaires

Q: Which courier company are you using?

LeBelle18 will only be using DHL & PosLaju as a courier service for Malaysia customers.

Q: I did not receive my parcel/How do i check my package status?

Do check your email often or login to our website to check your shipment status. You will usually get a tracking number after we have made the delivery to your place. You can track your package at our website too. Check it out!

 Q. How long will it take to get my pre-order items?

The estimated time of arrival to your doorstep is within 2 weeks/7-12 working days after you've make your payment.(Working days refers to Malaysia business days, excluding weekends and public holidays). You can track your shipment in our website once your tracking code has been sent to you by us.

International Customers

Q: Which courier company are you using?

We will email you a tracking code / courier company with a proper link for you to track your parcel status. Your order will usually reach your doorstep within 7-12 days. Thats about 2 weeks (latest, depending on custom clearance) after we've shipped out your order
