LeBelle18 currently offers a few shipping options

Malaysia

1) DHL (Available Only In West Malaysia)

2) Self Pick Up via Collectco (Available Only In West Malaysia)

3) Poslaju (Available Only In East Malaysia)

 

International Customers

Can I size exchange if the items i bought does not fit well ?
  • All dresses are eligible for size exchange. However they are only limited to 1 size exchange per item.
  • Size exchanges are not allowed for evening gowns / wedding gowns / custom gowns / shoes
  • Customers are to bear postage to send it back to us and LeBelle18 will cover the postage sending back.
  • A small handling fee will be charged for size exchange for each item
  • To be eligible for size exchange, please contact us within 5 working days after you have receive your parcel.
What is the Refund Policy?

As our items are preordered, sometimes some of our apparels may go out of stock due to various reasons such as insufficient material / size / stock. Due to this reason, we will automatically inform you of the out of stock issue should this event happen.

When there is no reply within 5 working days, we will credit the amount back into your account as store credit for your future purchases. You may also opt to have the credit to be refunded back into your bank account. Please drop us an email should you wish to do so

What are the Return Options?

Malaysia

You can return to us via drop off points with Collectco or arrange your personal choice of courier to be returned back to us.

 

International Customers

We wll appoint you a designated return address depending on your country. Please contact us for the specific details.

When will I receive my order after payment?

Within 7-10 working days after your payment. Delays may sometimes happen when we your apparels did not pass our quality check and we have to change a new one for you

Can I exchange Items for different items instead?

Yes you can, however they're still limited to one time exchange only. In the event your new exchanged item does not fit, we do not allow it for another exchange.

What are the payment options?

Currently we accept 2 types of payment:

2) Online Payment (Online Transfer / Debit Credit Card)
