1. General

To ensure the highest satisfactory and services provided to you, all orders are thoroughly checked for defects before they are shipped to you.

Material, quality or color issues are a subjective matter due to the colors of each monitor varies. However, LeBelle18 can assure customers that the item color will not be a big issue over here. If you have any concerns, please do get in touch with us first before ordering the item.

For our more skeptical customers (we understand), our outfits will now have behind the scenes video shooting to show you what you see is what you get to ensure the colors are being as what you expected

Should you find a defected item upon receiving your parcel, kindly write in to us within 7 working days together with the photos of the defected item attached for us to further investigate on this issue before returning the item to us.


2. Size Exchanges

2.1 Exchange is only limited to one time size exchange or a one time change to other outfits.

2.2 Subsequent size exchange after that will incur a small restocking fee.

2.3 Customers are to bare postage to return the item(s) to us and LeBelle18 will cover the postage for shipping back.

2.4 To eligible for size exchange, please contact us and fill in the “Returns form” and ship it back to us within 7 working days on the date of receipt. 

2.5 Returns that are received by our end prior to our acknowledgement are not eligible for size exchange and such shall not be entertained.

3. Returns via Collectco (West Malaysia)

You can return conveniently at any CollectCo point nationwide. CollectCo network includes Caring Pharmacy, Happy Mart, Thunder Match, Fotokem, Mydin, universities and more.

Choose a point near you and return at a time that suits you.

How to return:

  1. Pack your parcel securely.
  2. Attach the CollectCo return label to the parcel. Get the label here.
  3. Drop off at a CollectCo point (Simply pass to the counter)
  4. Track your returns here.


Please note that parcels which are returned to us before any acknowledgement/approval will not be entertained.
