1. Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Lebelle18 terms and conditions, which apply to all items ordered from LeBelle18 website. Please read through carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing your order, you are agree to be bound to the terms and conditions set out below. These terms and conditions affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound to these terms and conditions, please do not access or use the service.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. We will not able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order after your order has been confirmed.

2. Terms of Sale

Purchase of Products
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Once you have checked out and received your payment confirmation email you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the “CONFIRM ORDER” button.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:-

  • The product ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorization of payment
  • The identification of an error within the product information, including price and promotion
  • Incomplete details give, such as delivery address
  • If we suspect any fraudulent activity

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep all your details and payment secure.


Please be aware that the prices display on our website exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly display during the checkout process.

Due to the large number of products on site, it is possible that some of the products listed on our website may be incorrectly priced, despite our best efforts. If we discover any pricing errors, we will either: (i) contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it; or (ii) reject your order and notify you of the rejection.

Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and dispatched.


All items are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order not available and you will be given option to replace with other items or the order will be cancelled. If only some of the products in your order are available this will be explained in your acceptance and dispatch email. We will refund the balance to your store credit for future purchase and strictly no cash refund. If you’re using a combination of payment card and gift card, we will refund anything you paid for with your gift card first, and then refund the outstanding credit to your store credit.

Material & Colour

We will make every effort to display the material & colors information for each clothing as accurate as possible that appears on the website. However, as the actual colours you will see depends on your monitor & materials may sometimes differ upon receiving, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. As stated clearly on the return policy, LeBelle18 will not refund/call back any products that is related to color change/material unsatisfactory.


All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Measurements may vary between 3-5cm. Unless otherwise stated, measurements indicated are centimeters.

Product Care

By all means, we will take cautious care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mispublished including prices and promotions.

Size Exchange

  • All dresses are now eligible for size exchange. However they are only limited to 1 size exchange per item.
  • Size exchanges are not allowed for evening gowns / wedding gowns / custom gowns / shoes
  • Customers are to bear postage to send it back to us and LeBelle18 will cover the postage sending back.
  • A small handling fee will be charged for size exchange for each item
  • To be eligible for size exchange, please contact us within 3 working days after you have receive your parcel.

Delivery Service

International delivery charges:
Please contact us for further inquiries about international shipping rates.

  • All domestic orders will be delivered via DHL & Poslaju and require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person at the delivery address will be proof that delivery has been received by you or the person, to whom the order is addressed. If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a card to advice that a delivery has been attempted and where your delivery can be collected. It is important that you collect your parcel in respective courier branch within the given period. Any uncollected parcel will be shipped back to our warehouse and you will require to bare the delivery cost for another delivery attempt.
  • For any orders delivered to office, freight forwarding companies, Hotels, B&Bs, storage and relocation companies nominated by you as accepting delivery on your behalf, we shall have no liability to you in respect of any product which is damaged following acceptance of the delivery by these locations on your behalf. These goods are at your risk on and after delivery to these locations and/or carriers.
  • We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems.
  • Orders shipped outside of Malaysia & Singapore may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; LeBelle18 has no control over these charges, nor can LeBelle18 predict what they may be.
